Photo Of The Day: “Buildings” Ricoh GR Digital 8.1mp

Good Sunday morning everyone! Just a quick post this morning. The girls were out in the city yesterday “building” their sisterly bond 😊😘

Yes I still shoot my old Ricoh GRD Original. Maybe not every day like before but still almost every week.

One of its weaknesses is losing the highlights such as detail in the sky. It’s quite typical of digital cameras from this era. I got mine in 2006.

But given the very bright sunshine behind the buildings and the shadow detail it preserved, I’ll give the camera a pass and say that it did alright 😎

Happy Sunday and enjoy yourselves good peeps! 😊👍🏻

  1. Hey Sam !
this one is must-see photograph for every Ricoh Digital everyversionuser.
I know that they replaced the sensors in the new GRiii model plus added the unnecessary Image Stabiliser. i have no idea who need this over technology stuff, but in my opinion, they destroyed the magic that was before.
Also with this old version, it was possible – to take these great images about the life around. Exactly what is this camera about.
